Paperswork stuck during the “loading document thumbnails”

Hi,
When starting Paperswork, the “loading document thumbnails” is stuck. How can I find the document responsible, or correct the problem ?

Hello,

You can have a look at the log files. The simplest solution for that is to click on the Application Menu (aka the Hamburger menu) → “Report bug”.

You can also use this option to send me the logs. I can then have a look if you want.
