Feature Proposal: Retention and automatic deletion

Hi there,

A feature I would like to propose is to implement a retention system.

Which means that you could set documents with a retention of 3 years. This could be useful for deleting documents that are not relevent anymore (for example when warranty ends in 2 years, you could set a retention of 2 years).

Someone already suggested something similar a long time ago: https://gitlab.gnome.org/World/OpenPaperwork/paperwork/-/issues/610 (this ticket was opened when the project was still on GitHub).
