I am using OrangePi on Ubuntu Armbian noble I cannot find paperwork in default repos. Do I have to add some custom ppa or build from source? Because I am using server edition & generally run docker apps are there any plans for dockerised version of this application?
If I’m not mistaken, there was a point where Paperwork wasn’t available anymore in Debian Testing. Since Ubuntu versions are derived from Debian Testing, it isn’t available in Ubuntu Noble. This is likely to be fixed in the next Ubuntu.
On ARM64, the simplest solution is to install Paperwork using Flatpak and the Flathub repository. The only other option would be to install from sources.
Regarding Docker, this is not a good solution at all for desktop applications. Flatpak and AppImages make much more sense for them.
