I can't start

I installed Paperwork on Windows 11, but I can’t start the application after installation.

Hello,

The bug you’re having was fixed in September 2024.
Can you try uninstalling and reinstall Paperwork please ? The installer will automatically fetch the latest version of Paperwork.

Unfortunately, nothing has changed. After a complete uninstallation and installation into a new folder, everything repeated. This window appears very quickly.

Additional information.
Windows 11. Locale - Ukrainian. Location - Germany.

While it looks similar, this is actually another error. Looks like it wasn’t able to define some keyboard shortcut.

Can you send me the logs again please ?

Unfortunately, I cannot send the logs using the button because the error window appears for half a second and then immediately closes without responding to any buttons. I can to take a screenshot only on the 5 attempt.
On another computer with Windows 10 and a German locale, everything works fine.

I’m confused. The error looks exactly the same as before.

Can you tell me which exact version of Paperwork you use please ? (visible on the home screen and in the dialog “about” ; it’s a bit long but I need the full version)

By the way, the installer was updated a while ago. It may be worth redownloading it before reinstalling if you haven’t done so yet.

I can’t start the app. I get installer from the openpaper.work before installation.
But, the information from the exe file: 2.2.5post372

I think, I have a problem with codepage 1251 and special symbol, may be in path.

I tried the version 2.2.5-385. The same results.
