I’ve experienced this already multiple times:
When I delete a doc in the doclist, it does not get deleted on disc, and when I restart paperwork, the deleted documents all are there again?
Any idea how to avoid that?

It’s a known bug. Worked-around in 1.99.

Well, as a workaround for 1.3.1, I’m putting the “deleted” documents into year 9999 which create a nice distinctive file path, that can be manually deleted when the app is not running.
